What to bring
All students: Bring a labeled water bottle each week.RYLA + 3x3: Bring a packed lunch.Remnant Kids: Snacks and program supplies are provided.

Arrival + pickup
RYLA + Kids: New River Church.3x3: Saint Leo University Wellness Center.Parents walk students into the program space and return there for pickup.
Clear expectations help families arrive prepared and stay connected.

Family communication
Parents are invited to the private Remnant Youth WhatsApp group for program communication, updates, and reminders.

A founder-led setting
Classes are intentionally small, with students working directly with the founder who leads their program throughout the day.

The people behind the purpose
HUSBAND + WIFE.
ONE SHARED CALLING.
Kevin and Stephanie Roberts lead The Remnant Youth together. They bring experience in education, coaching, and professional sports operations to one shared calling: helping young people know who they are in Christ and grow into leaders of character, confidence, and purpose.
Meet the founders
KEVIN ROBERTS
COACH
Kevin has coached basketball for more than 20 years at the middle school, high school, and AAU levels. In 2021, he earned Coach of the Year recognition for building a strong team culture and developing players.
In 2022, Kevin founded 3on3 Live to give young athletes more meaningful opportunities to play and develop, including players who had been overlooked or cut from school teams. When he and Stephanie united their work around serving homeschool families, that mission became The Remnant 3x3 Academy.
Off the court, Kevin has spent years working in sports technology for professional leagues, including the NFL and NBA. He brings the preparation, communication, and teamwork required in those environments to 3x3 Academy, using 3x3 basketball to develop skill, discipline, faith, accountability, sound decision-making, and leadership.
Meet the founders
STEPHANIE ROBERTS
INSTRUCTOR
Stephanie is a mom of three, former K-12 charter school principal, and Florida-certified educator. She led a high-impact school turnaround that tripled enrollment while rebuilding its culture, systems, and academic programming.
Stephanie holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of South Florida, with additional certifications in reading, ESOL, and educational leadership.
At The Remnant Youth, Stephanie brings that same instinct to a different kind of classroom. She believes students need adults who will believe in them, tell them the truth in love, and remind them who they are in Christ. She wants students to leave knowing their voice matters, their identity is secure, and their calling is real.
